• Venue Sourcing: Finding the right venue for your event involves location scouting, evaluating your needs against what each venue option provides, and working out all related contracts. I have been very privileged to be able to work with the most exclusive and emblamatic event sites on the Island of Mallorca.  Trust me I will propose to you the right location for your event.

• City Liaison for Permitting: Depending on the location of your event, you may be required to work with city boards or other regulating bodies (and sometimes in areas that are unfamiliar to you). I become the point person between your event and the necessary permits, so that you never have to worry about the status of your permit.

• Conceptual Theme & Decor: I have a vast network of top-notch creative heads and artists who will come up with creative ideas to enrich your event.

• Catering: Major pilar for a successful event is the catering. There is nothing worse for me, than if everything is well organized, but the catering is failing…. Based on my experience working with the top caterers this island has to offer, I am able to consult and find you the right catering for your event.

• Entertainment: If you choose to have blocks of entertainment during your event or conference, I can help you to select professionals who will deliver a memorable and appropriate experience for your attendees.

• Tours, Activities, & Team Building: So many possiblities for that on this Island. And every year more and more is available for the destination client. However, to source them and all the logistics around any activity, can be complex and the planning very time consuming. I will handle this for you.
